Custom Work
All custom jewelry is nonreturnable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
Diamond Inspections
We recommend bringing us your diamond jewelry for inspection every 3 months. Our jeweler will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is free.
Gift certificates
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.
Financing
Luchia's Jewelry Gallery offers financing through G.E. Money Luxury. "Same as cash" and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.
Layaway
We offer a 120 day layaway plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase, including tax. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Cancelled layaways will be subject ot a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
Most returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Certain special orders, estate, clearance, and altered items may be non-returnable and/or subject to restocking fees.
